Breakfast at Home 2


Sometimes I just don’t buy bread. It’s simultaneously my kryptonite and my addiction because I can’t stop eating it and I also suspect I may be mildly gluten-intolerant. Not that the latter ever bothers me when I eat out, but I try, boy do I try at home. On days when I am somewhat succeeding, I have rice crackers instead #missyoubread


Here we have two supposedly poached eggs (my first attempt), smashed avocado, spinach salad with alfalfa, chickpeas and steamed corn, some seaweed rice crackers. P1020317-2Vertigo is my uni magazine and they’re kind of kick-ass. The colours for that particular edition make my heart do some serious palpitations.
